I forgot to mention in this video that the battery size is 60v 30ah, and removable, very nice size. It lasts me around 40 to 50 miles at casual riding, and about 20 to 30 miles with offroad/high speed riding. You can also buy more batteries from Freego. For comparison, Surron Light Bee or Segway x260 is doing about the same range

I'm in the states as well. I think there is a big line of pre-orders and Freego just cannot keep up their production speed. This thing has so much potential, Freego probably did not realize it would become so popular😅 I ordered on their official website and the customer service has been excellent , a little bit waiting time but always got my answers.

I was told back on sept 13th that the bikes are on the sea right now on way to California warehouse abd will be at California warehouse on the 10th and it will shipped to me at that time. You must not be in California or ill be scolding them lol. Their customer service has been OK. Sometimes has taken 4 or 5 days to get a response but I've been bugging a bit

@@cirwo85 Washington state, but I ordered end of May and got it end of August, so...You should be getting it faster however, as I probably got the first few out of the factory. Their production/shipping line should be faster now. By the way, once they had it in hand they acted quick. It only took 3 days for the FedEx to deliver to my door.

Hey can you measure the thin part of frame in front of battery on x2 for me. I want to order a certain saddle bag thi g for it but dont know if its too long for that spot. Bag is 8" .. no chance ?

I got you, there is actually some space there. From the handle bar stem to the seat is 14 to 15 inches, from the edge of battery to the seat is 11 to 12 inches space. Pretty sure you can have plenty of options for a saddle bag.
