As far as ride there's the catamarans (Freeman, world cat, invincible, seakat and etc...) As far as center consoles go however, the best riding boats I've ever personally rode in was actually an old 1986" I think not positive," amf cc ROBALO BULLET with twin 140 Johnson's! That boat was ahead of its time! Boat was really heavy but would just eat 3-5 ft seas like it was nothing. Also was an extremely dry boat as well. It was kinda Contender or Seavee before Contender or Seavee! The other great riding cc boats was 25 and 23 ft Regulators, 42 ft Yellowfin, believe it or not but fished for years out of 21ft Cape Horn that was a great riding boat and last would be an old 1990 Mako 25ft with twin 200 black max mercs. Put alot of hours and blood in that boat. Fishing 80-120 miles out in the Gulf of Mexico from Dauphin Island, Alabama. Funny side note, those mercury black max 200's actually had pull ropes in a pouch underneath the top of the cowlings lol😂

Yup , those old Robalos rode sweet . Cape horns were fast too . I ran a Cobia 214CC that would trim up to just about 3 feet of wet hull and was quick and nimble . Ran out of SE Louisiana .

that guy in the pontoon boat at 6:45 should have kept going ! he was almost out of the inlet and into calm waters! about 20 yrds more and home free.... and love that transom at 9:00 ... mmmm mmmm

Cigs are definitely rare now I remember growing up in the late 90s I would always hear a couple running from the beach. Center consoles offer about 3x more seating and 3x less maintenance cost compared to the old school cigarettes. Still a speedboat with some big blocks is my dream lol

I disagree about the freeman that boat does do good in swells only in chop the only boat that does swells is the sea vee and on top of that the sea vee has a smooth landing feels like a pillow and you don’t get wet on it you have to ride on one to know you see it in person and when’s it in action but you have to be on it and the freeman tuna towers always crack and it doesn’t ride stable with it
