When I first joined freemasonry in 2016, I joined in pursuit of Egyptian wisdoms I felt long lost, but present within the craft. It also led me to the Bible, the living mystic doctrine from that old world (i believe). I learned to read Hieroglyphs, I learned to read Hebrew, I learned much and more from understanding the symbols they use, in both instances. you may, or probably not at all, be suprised to see the cross over of Egyptian culture in the first Temple era 'Israel'... I feel that says alot!.... This was my favorite lecture you've presented for us yet, thank you very much dear Brother! Look forward to the next, and still hoping for our meeting someday. Thanks for the question. Pure Antient Freemasonry has no opinion at all. Religious belief is not discussed in lodge. Every Brother has his own belief system, and no effort is made to interfere with that. There are a number of Christian 'Masonic orders' that have been developed over the last couple of centuries which may reflect a Christian theological framework, but these are not Freemasonry per se but are much later additions and external to it.

The name "Egypt" and the term "Pharaoh" all came from the Ptolemys. There is no such thing as 'Ancient Egypt". Period. So anyone saying ancient and using Egypt? Youre already flawed in your understanding. Just gonna leave this right here.
