Jumat tgl 12.3.2021 Assalamu'alaikum maaf ustadz, kenapa pengertian Hadist menurut kata/firman/wahyu Allah SWT Tuhan (Al-Quran) tidak sama dengan pengertian Hadist menurut imam Syafei, Hambali, Hanafi, Maliki, Tirmidzi, Bukhari, Muslim, Ibnu Majah, Abu Dawud, Malik Bin Anas dan lain-lain, serta sebagian besar ulama sampai sekarang ini ustadz..?

The reason there is khilaf amongst ulama is because Allah made for the quranic verses to be recited, (iqrah) so that you can follow His verses alone. Any other additions, or Hadith beside quranic verse are going to be fallible, having confusion, dispute and confliction, because they are not Allah. Clear Proof needs no explanation. Polytheist add to Allah, by saying He sent Quran, unclear, and incomplete, needing more instruction and understanding, but Allah made it clear in quranic verse; that is His true servants, that will be granted the intellect and ability to understand, His revelations (quranic verse alone). THAT is the difference. THAT is why there is dispute amongst the scholars.

Widow means when husband passed away, and at the same time she is pregnant also,
