Great tutorial. I recently cut my thick, wavy hair into a bob and am fighting the unruly mess in the back ever since. I was considering taking up the back into an inverted bob, but this might just be the better solution. I so love the smooth, polished look of this style!

Seeing this haircut I was thinking: Are there mannequins whose hair is a wig, firmly attached to the head? Because you could do these haircuts on mannequins like this and when you are done, the wig can be taken off and you could sell them, or offer it to an organization (you know for cancer patients or something) and the head can be used again with another wig. It's kind of recycling so it's environmentally friendly and the haircuts are used as well, for good purposes. It's just an idea, maybe bullshit. But I'm pretty sure, that there are a lot of women, who would be happy to wear your haircuts. :) By the way, what do you do with the mannequins when you are done with her hair? I'm just curious :)

I love this cut and colour! I got a graduated bob done, I have really thick hair, my hairdresser did a terrible job! Went back she "fixed" it, still a disaster. I went to a different hairdresser, who I was recommended to go to in the first place, and it took him an hour and a half to fix her cut. She used thinning shears, which I told her from day one don't use them on my hair. Third hairdresser that's lost me as a client because they've used thinners when I went shorter despite saying they'd never use them!

I have a client who likes her hair flat and in a pixie, but she is Asian and her hair is very coarse. The minute I cut it shorter, it springs straight out! literally like going! straight out. I used texturizing methods in the direction I want the hair to lay but even blow-drying and styling, I can't seem to get her to be as flat as she'd like. could you do a video with these kind of textures?

Very cool bob, but you can't make ponytail or style the hair any other way with this undercut. I mean you can, but in my opinion undercut just doesn't look good. Is there any other way to cut thick dense hair and still make a possibility to style hair in different ways at the same time ?

I have hair like this kind of.. i have my long hair end at a point at the back so it looks nicer when i have my hair up. I cut my short hair section myself and my mother who has never had any education in the hair industry has cut my hair for 19 years now. I've gone to a salon, if i remember right, two times in my whole life and i just gotta say i have bomb ass hair!
