Freesat No or Poor Signal Fix

I recently cancelled sky q and bought the 4k recordable freesat box, it came and we just got no signal. Watched this ordered a quad LNB thing you bought and voila, it's working. I'm seriously so happy and glad I watched this. Thank you xxx

Yes, sky Q uses a different LNB to Sky+ and Freesat. Not many people seem to know that, but if you cancel Sky Q and switch to Freesat (or want to use an older style Sky HD or Sky+ box for the free-to-air channels) you need a new 'old style' LNB.

Hi. Need you help bud. I've just watched your video. After having sky Q for only 3 months when I moved house, I cancelled it and purchased a freesat box. Feesat said the box will work with a sky q satalite, but I'm not getting any signal. Any ideas?

Sky dish should work fine or check out ebay for a generic one.

Freesat is the a dish, Freeview is for Ariel But now obviously you have sky glass and bt freeview box pro and you you don’t need either just wifi

Could random pixelation be the result of a failing lnb?

Before you buy this, we have found another way to fix It. Leave it on for 30 minutes & then turn it off and leave it on standby until the morning (keep it all plugged in).. when you wake up in the morning it should be working. (This is how I fixed mine)...
