Do you have any videos on a-level AQA Biology and Chemistry, if not will you be doing some in the near future?
@siamsama29836 жыл бұрын
Marwa R He said he will after he finishes 9-1 GCSEs, but not physics as he is not qualified for that.

Hi. Is there any chance you could make updated revision cards for the aqa 9-1 spec, on Biology, Chemistry and Physics (triple science)? If so will they be on your website? Many thanks.

Almost all of the topics in my videos cover the CIE spec. I will be making additional videos later which cover the extra topics required for CIE.

Thank you very much sir. Your work is amazing and far better than any science teachers that have ever taught me. Furthermore, is there any practical elements you could add to some of your amazing videos such as in Paper 6 of the CIE course asks us to design experiments or find errors in experiments.

Why does discolouration cause a decrease in the rate of photosynthesis?
@tanweershaikh84386 жыл бұрын
there would be no chloroplasts in the discoloured part of the leaf so that part of the leaf won't photosynthesize as photosynthesis occurs in the chloroplasts
@majmud3 жыл бұрын
Photosynthesis requires chloroplast which makes the leaf green. Basically the more green there is the more photosynthesis can happen.
@proftuna432 жыл бұрын
The problem is not the discolouration, but the result of the lack of chlorophyll, which has a green colour. Chlorophyll is essential to photosynthesis occurring within the chloroplast, and so a lack of chlorophyll means less chloroplasts can carry out photosynthesis. This in turn creates less glucose(sugar) which is needed for plant growth - for example making cellulose for cell walls.

I may be a few months late, but its to do with an infected plant touching a normal plant, either by the sap of the infected plant getting onto the normal plant from a farmers contaminated tools, hands, clothes, or just by natural means.
