Apparently challenge stage is clearable with lvl 110+ teams. Unsure if Freesia is necessary for clearing or not at this time. Would suggest skipping Freesia to save quartz for any later must-have or limited units since Freesia is regular banner unit unless you absolutely must have the challenge title/clear.

Freesia is super niche - Both of her active skills are tied to ... a very specific boss/situation.

The previous Fest Unit was Agent Ace - who is top tier unit used anywhere phys can be used.

The real question is should you pull on step up banner?

IMO Yes, if you have missing limited you really want. For missing regular banner units, if you have over a spark saved up then it could b e worth pulling step up. Personally I am not pulling because I have all limited and my stash is low.
