Hey Horse Lovers! We went and looked at this amazing Historical Horse Farm in our local area. They were hosting an open house which was a really fun opportunity. They will be auctioning the farm off this month with all the belongings inside as well. Come tour two houses, the barn, outbuildings, and the land with me! Enjoy the ride!

Oh Shae. I absolutely love this place! ❤ Looks just like you. So nice. I'm very good at picking places. Nice land too. Antiques are the best ever. Those chests are gorgeous. I can see you growing old here. Go sit on the porch and rock. Great place for guests, maybe a bed & breakfast one day, or a place for your new training sessions, guests, etc. don't worry about closets bc I love drawers when I travel. What a great entertainment hall. Magical Christmas's. Wagon and sled rides. I can just Invision it all. One thing I've learned , ask them if you can go early in the morning and evening to see how the sun comes up and sets. Breathe in the vibes. I'll stay in the old house and cook and clean for you! Don't worry about costs, God will work it out for you, it could be a historical home and the town helps with that financially. Oh Shae, I've been praying you find a magical place. Oh, I can see lots of Farm names for this property. So many places for your businesses . You're young, enjoy life now. I'm praying for you and this place ❤

That farm is beautiful. The old house is so characterful. I love the old furniture and ornaments. Maybe some of the old clothes and tack could be cleaned and displayed to show the heritage. I would get rid of the dolls, I find them quite creepy, but they would be great for a doll enthusiast or collector. The barn is beautiful and there is lots of potential for a new owner to decorate the other house with their own taste and style. Lovely American architecture - it has a modern and classic look while still looking traditional. Edit: I thought this was a recent video considering Shae and Kyle are looking for a new farm!

Girl I LOVE chests I have taken them out of peoples trash lol I have some of my best things out of clean up weekends lol. This is a beautiful place I'd love to tour it! I find when you go through all the things someone picked to become part of their life such as the items that furnish a home, it's like you're looking through the mind of the owner of those items. You get a glimpse inside their head so to speak, and get a visual of how their life was lived. I think that's fascinating.

So fun! I'm binge watching your videos tonight because it's too hot to do anything else!!! This is a great video. I love looking at places like that too. If you bought one of these places, you could do a farm camp for all us who don't have farms of our own, but need to get a farm chore fix every once in a while. I'm very good at painting and, of course, brushing & loving on horses.

When my grandfather became elderly he rented out his farmland. Just an FYI- because you have farmland doesn't mean you need to be out there farming (something I can't physically do). ✌

I really enjoyed this video I grew up in a rural area just outside of Ypsilanti Michigan, I loved it. All of us kids in the area had horses and rode all over the place. I live in South Dakota now.

I had fun seeing the farm! In particular a piece of artwork (the first one on the floor). I made one just like it for my Dad. He and his father were blacksmiths in our hometown in WI. He sold the business and we moved to a new town and he became master welder at a new job. He has passed away and kids put a horseshoe on his headstone. So sweet seeing that art 🖼

What an interesting property! I am like you and appreciate older historical properties. Sad to see the homeowner’s life on ‘sale’ but time marches on. Many people are drawn to estate sales! I really liked the red barn and all the neat things inside… Did the main property sell? Did the little house go separately?

I could not pull the property up. I think I am too far away. Am on the Olympic Peninsula WA state. I tried finding it on Zillow and could not. I tried the county and Clinton MI. Could not find it. Not sure what it would be listed under. How much property could you get with second house? I know you said you wanted to build the barn yourself. I would build one with air conditioning or at least big fans and heat and warm water to wash horses but I am a princess lol!

I agree with you about loving old stuff. I have a Singer Tredle sewing machine like the one in the Carriage House. Mine was made in 1877. I love all the wood furniture, stained glass the floors too.
