Sa-Roc is one of the illest spitters in the world period. She got the vocabulary, rhyme schemes, flow, delivery wordplay, substance, and swag. I don't think I would say she's the best woman rapper. She is one of the best women rappers. I think Lucy Camp from CA is the best woman rapper. Snow is right there.
