I try to swim like you said,but can't reach surface of water to breadth...i just have to hold the breadth for a minute and swims...when i try either water enters into my nose or I am drowning...my leg movements are ok and my head is also below my shoulder...what shld i do...i am learning by myself

Thanks again, how high is your elbow at 90* or 140*❤ I try to attempt to everything you say, but there are lots a moving parts in swimming kind of difficult😊
