A very helpful drill for head position. Thank you guys! It made me swim faster. I did not know that head position matters that much.

I do this. it actually helps keeping body balance with smooth strong kicks. the more in line the easier you swim.

True to reality drill. Side flutter kick really happens when doing the freestyle. So it must be practiced. Thanks and God bless!

This drill follows the side to side rotation of hips and shoulder-chin, with arms to side. This drill-here-takes into account that the pull has been discussed at least briefly.

im confused where your hands are in the drill where male models. it makes sense to me to be on side like you are but so many say hand flat (palm up) and looking down?
