In this series, Carl will demonstrate, with Adam's help, some ways to develop your handstand by yourself and along with a partner to help spot you. In this video, Carl shows you that the key is to allow your body to develop an awareness for new overhead positions, along with a progression that will help you overcome the fear and awkwardness of these new positions when you're upside down with your head inches away from the ground.

Hola Carl lo primero gracias por tus excelentes videos que me sirven de gran ayuda.Llevo practicando 5 meses handstand y sago de la pared unos segundos,pero no consigo poner los brazos totalmente rectos? Podrías recomendarme algún ejercicio. Puedes si quieres contestar en inglés. Gracias . Howard

Juan Howard wong Faber normalmente cuando vemos a alguien que no puede estirar los brazos por encima de la cabeza es porque le falta flexibilidad. Te recomendaría mucho trabajo de hombros.

Can't tell if this is close to the Marina or Pacific Heights....Yes this works for me I am also tall......5 11 but still the payload is the same for everyone I would suppose....I can do this on a wall.....kick off and balance.....my central nervous can handle some balance wothout a wall but not more than a few seconds.
