You put the muscle-up in a whole new light. Knowing how to move the body efficiency is key to being competitive. "Muscling" through things leads to injury and inefficiency. A real eye opener...great video!

look at 4:28 bro, he talks about dip balance, when you don't bring your knees toward your chest it causes you to hang foward and downward over the rings with all the weight on your shoulders instead of balanced on the triceps and chest, look at 5:01, notice how he shows dip with legs down then when he picks his knees up toward chest his shoulder automatically goes up and back( external rotation)

I wish I would have seen your vid ten years and two shoulder surgeries ago! Now at fifty something my range of motion in my shoulders is horrid. I love this type of exercise, but my shoulders are toast. vid?

Should a person not move on to the next step of the progression until mastering the previous step? Or are you supposed to execute all these movements in one workout session? How many reps for each step of this progression? And how for rest periods?
