What would you say is the equivalent volume on bike compared to a run. For example for a 30 min easy run what would be the number of minutes equivalent on the bike for a similar effort to get the same training load. Hope this makes sense!

I had collarbone surgery. I wish to know how long after your surgery this video was. My doctor to scare me off said not to swim for 3 months otherwise the screwcmay come off.... Miguel any opinion? 😅😅😅
