Huge thank you to @AeroMediaCo - your content and kindness is next level.
Miguel didn’t win the race (far from it), but he certainly had a good time with his space ship wheels from our newest sponsor, Vision! Thanks to everyone that said hi to us and cheered on Miguel. More exciting racing and adventures to be had (hopefully without bloody toes next time).

ABOUT US
We’re Jenna Haufler and Miguel Mattox-
With humble roots as college swimmers, we’ve worked hard to become two of the country’s leading age-group triathletes, and are now on a mission to become professional athletes while still having fun along the way. We swim-bike-run together, eat together, sleep together, and make videos together for our own (and hopefully your) enjoyment.
Throughout our documented journey, watch how a couple of ambitious 20-something-year-olds work towards their life goals in a disciplined yet untraditional, not-so-serious manner.
We live for adventure and hope to inspire our viewers and subscribers to seek out the same.

I’ve been catching you in other peoples videos shouting “Miguel!!” Haha. Love what you guys said about not being stuffy and practising gratitude. That’s why I enjoy watching you guys. You continue to find ways to be very serious about your training etc. while at the same time not taking it all too seriously. Looking forward to more videos.

Was a pleasure meeting you at the expo. Your a very genuine person. I have to agree on the people being super serious but, I hope those people enjoyed their race regardless.

Dude, I lost both my nutritional bottles from behind me by mile 10… I guess now we learned why Sam and Leo were running through transition with bottles in the chest of their suits. That will be me next year. The whole road for the first 20 miles was completely littered with peoples bottles, bike tubes, tools, even front mounted nutrition bottles.

Pro field feels like a completely different event than the age group field! Mass start, more tactics on the bike, etc etc. Much more of a competition against others than a time trial

What happen Micky, didn't have the sprint in ya to run down Mr. Diaz who was just steps ahead of you going down the carpet to finish line? These are the moments in events you partake in where it shows if you really "WANT IT"? And you ain't going deep enough into the Pain Cave to show dat you Want It! GG!

"It's what I get to do"? with your own money. When you get paid and make a living, use this comment. I was a horrid draft legal pro. Placed top 10 a couple times. Never said "it's what I get to do" because I trained a lot.
