Hope you guys enjoyed the video, and wow it's HOT OUTSIDE. You see, this is why I do videos in the cool basement lol. Really like how something like VND filters are still being improved upon. I bet the next version of Peter Mckinnon's filters will have magnets haha.

I had the same issue with the entire filter coming off when removing the cap! Hadn't heard any other KZbinr mention that issue. I typically shoot/film while hiking and backpacking, and also ran into the issue of the magnetic lens caps falling off when the lens would brush up against my chest (using the Peak Design clip). Seemed like great filters, but I couldn't get over the caps falling off while hiking. Definitely a great setup for people doing other types of shoots, but just didn't work for my hiking (boo!).

Hi, about cap - you need to slide aside it, not to take of from the lens, that help you to hold the filter on lens and easy remove the cap by one hand.

Nice one…I really like these, may look to get a set after I get a new camera. I completely agree the PM one’s are ridiculously priced for a single filter.

Thanks Jason, yeah, like $250 for ONE filter? The Freewell system is $300 for ALL of it at the moment in their campaign. That, I can get down with.

@@kyletaggart seriously a system at that price point makes way more sense…and magnets. 😎

Great review as always. I live in Dallas, TX so 90° is ideal this time of year. LOL Thanks for mentioning the Aperture, SS, ISO and the ND settings. Would love to see some slow SS shots. FYI - I still really like my K+F Concept ND filter. The build quality, thickness and price is great. I dropped my camera a few times and the K+F ND filter took all the damage instead of my Sigma 16mm lens and it still works great. The K+F is a great filter and I'll probably buy more. Note: I'm still at the intermediate level to consider spending anything more than $100 for a filter. These new and more expensive filters are a great consideration for portrait photographers I'm guessing?

I think there's something to be said for quality of filters and the price. I think the window is like...$200 for ONE filter, it a bit much imo. I mean, I understand certain brands, or celebs (Mckinnon) can charge more, but when you get can a high quality SET of filters, it seems to me like the set is a better option. Thanks for stopping by Chris - also side note - I actually love the heat, but it's not fun when trying to concentrate and make a video lol
