Looks good. I have a book of three view, one with the F-80. The full size AC uses aileron differential. What that means is, twice as much up aileron tha down. Pull your aileron servo, move the horn from center to 30 degrees forward. It might take a longer pushrod, but getting differential in will help with the rolls. The drag on the down aileron gives it the barrel roll. I did some playing and eventually went to 45 degrees forward on a sport plane. Nearly all up and very little down aileron. I could do rolls with nearly no corrections. Try it.

Wow I didn’t know about the ailerons on the F-80. Very cool history. Thank you so much for sharing!! Coincidentally we are scratch building a MU-2. if you aren’t familiar the Mu-2 only uses spoilerons for the roll axis. We did an experiment using only up aileron to test wether we were going to use spoilerons on our MU-2. It was surprising how much better the plane flew in that configuration. Check it out it’s on this channel called MU-2 The Build Episode 3

Very nice and great rebuild! I agree the T-33 has to be one of the best flying EDF jets out there along with the Freewing 90mm Venom.

Thanks!!! I hope to get my hands on a venom soon!! My favorite EDF is the Phoenix Preceptor. I hope to have some video of the Preceptor soon!!

It’s a wonderful plane!! Very easy to fly and has some good speed!!
@alexglikman86293 жыл бұрын
First landing vertical speed was very high. Remaiden fly - great landing.

Yeah one thing I need to remember from flying full scale is if you panic (which I did to make that tailwind landing) you may create an emergency that wasn’t actually there (which is exactly what I did) oh well we all learn!!

I want one 🙋 They fly better after the seasoning.

Took me a little to get her full dialed in again, but she sure does fly “better.” Most likely reason is because I’m not afraid of scruff if her up again 🤣🤣🤣🤣

That never fails when you try to land with Tailwind

Doesn’t help that I forced it in as well

Man, I hate those bouncy bounce landings!

Lol, totally my fault. I panicked when the engine started to cut and landed with a tailwind. 🤦♂️

Sounded like a dodgy esc to me, Has it acted out since?
@thercjetjock65713 жыл бұрын
We are still flying the plane and it hasn’t done it since.

I heard the pulsing EDF and instead of staying calm and bringing it around I panicked and forced the landing.

@@thercjetjock6571 Did you ever find the cause of the pulsing EDF?
