I have not been much of a hard rock or metal fan all of my long life. When I heard The Warning, they instantly grabbed me, and as their music got harder, I went with them. Freeze the Fall did the same for metal. One listen and I was hooked. There is something very special about these two bands. Incredible creativity combined with hard work and dedication. They are examples for us all. A proud member of the Warning Army and the Cold Front. ⚡❄️

Also... answer to your question. We filmed all five songs from Thrones in this abandoned barn on Dec 28 almost one year ago. VHS was filmed in a shack this past summer!! Also.... we all love Lamb of God!! Love your analysis. ❄️❄️❄️

All of their official videos were filmed in this location so far with the exception of VHS. If I was to associate their sound to other bands I think Spiritbox, Flyleaf minus the harsh vocals, but they are clearly their own sound and instantly recognizable as FTF. This made my Monday.

a frost warning was sent out and happy to see your screen didn't freeze this time, lol 🤣. It is in fun i tease about freezing and blaming FTF, was very funny at the time and still is. The Warning have their sound/vibe and i love it when i need that and Freeze The Fall has their own. you can really do a wild roller coaster of emotions mixing the 2 bands songs into a playlist. be good to one another and ROCK ON !!

Funfact: As The Sixsters gave their Christmas Livestream on youtube recently, FTF were also online at the chat and suggested them to come to Canada for a Double Concert or something like that.🤘

So glad you guys have been frostbitten by FTF. I think they have so much going for them and have a great future ahead of them. Nope, not the same set as VHS. This video was shot with several others on the same unheated set over 10+ hours in a single day.

Agree with your assessment. I have never been a big fan of most modern Metal with its heavy emphasis on harsh vocals, endless/monotonous blast beats and non-melodic song structures; however FTF harkens back to OG heavy metal, but with a modern flair (much like The Warning with hard rock). 😎👍

Thank you for wanting to come back to Freeze the Fall. ❄❄❄. 2nd single from that 5 song debut EP , Thrones. It was my introduction to them, and my favorite from Thrones. Since you liked Aria's 'dirty basslines' here, check out "Broken Glass" for the really dirty stuff. lol. 🎸🎸. Aria's favorite band in Bring Me The Horizon, Jonah cites Joey Jordison as an influence. Spiritbox is another influence. As for the meaning of the song, FTF have said "The song is about gender inequality, it’s about women not always feeling seen or listened to. The blindfold represents that feeling of being invisible." Btw, the FTF logo was done by the same guy who did the 2 Spiritbox album covers. Merry Christmas Jeremy and Jillian. I'm lucky enough to know these three gems. Bands that they're into include: Opeth, Myrkvr, Aurora, Children of Bodom, Lamb Of God, Mastodon, Three Days Grace, Slipknot, Architects, Sleep Token, Bring Me The Horizon, Crown The Empire, Make Them Suffer, and probably a half dozen I'm forgetting. They're the real deal. Unalloyed metalheads, through and through.
