There are only 2 of you so i wouldnt worry about more freezer space at least you can do a inventory and rotate food easily my older food just ends up staying at the bottom of my big extra chest freezer in the gargage whilst we work eating the top level its false economy and i am working on using it all up and turning it off until the annual christmas stock up and winter months incase we get snowed in.
