When you have a fully stocked pantry and storehouse you can slow down your way of living and take life at a different pace. I have been doing this for decades and it changes from year to year what you will be eating, and you will take that in consideration when re-stocking. It gets easier from year to year. Good job Lady!

I found it interesting how you mentioned your lifestyle in CA vs where you are now because I live in SoCal and I WISH my family was as organized as you are and just fully prepped for four months like that. What a dream. You are so fortunate to have the amount of space and storage for all of that. SoCal struggles in that department lol but you are an inspiration and major goals. Wow, two empty freezers!! That is so interesting to know you can re-use those 7" carboard rounds over and over. I love the way you portioned out certain things so that it's exactly the amount needed for a recipe. ♥ It's a always a bit of a treasure hunt when we inventory our freezers. I did mine today for the first time in 9 mo, and was pleasantly surprised to 'find' more beef than I remembered having, lol. Seeing your pre-made meals freezers is like looking in a grocery store freezer! 😋

you are the ONLY person, that I know of on KZbin , who has MORE of everything , especially food. It's just the two of us, and we have some stuff , but it's considered nothing compared to your storage of food. But I do understand why you have so much , and you mentioned your story years ago . Plus you have a bigger family that we do here . Glad you do, go out and buy a Whole Cows, it saves you money. We raise Grass Fed / Grass Finished Angus Cows , this is something I wanted to do for years, but we had to go through alot BEFORE we could raise cows . Especially with the Soil, that was a process and it took 2 years. I wanted to make sure everything was done right . Know if I wanted to buy Pork , we let the neighbor know and he has frozen pork, to sell and he has chickens too.

HEY GIRL Love the video. Freezer can make meals so much easier. I think I may have to get that freezer up container. I was wondering how your orchard was doing. You had so many wonderful trees planted. I totally get having so many freezers. I don't have any animals, but do get a half of beef every year and buy other meals on sale. I have a nice intown garden, a apple tree, cherry tree, grape vines. I'm thrilled to have 2 chest freezers and a standup, beside the reg kichen freezer. Looking forward to seeing your freezer prep.

I want to have those same goals completed, all that broth, pesto, garlic, preserved would make my life so much easier! Definitely adding this to next years goals!
