Hi Dr. Sullivan. This evening I happened on your KZbin channel where you were talking about frozen gait. I was so delighted to watch your 2 part video on frozen gait. The remarkable thing is I think I just froze this afternoon for the first time. I didn’t even know there was such a thing! I was walking down the hall to my apartment when I noticed a dragging sound on the carpet. I soon noticed that my left foot was the cause of this sound. I also felt very unsteady (I use an upwalker) & I was having problems with my balance. I turned into my apartment where it was just a few steps to the bathroom where I thought I could sit down, but I couldn’t make it that far. My upwalker didn’t help much because I didn’t stop to put the brake on. Thankfully I had my call button on so 3 people quickly responded. I ended leaning on a tall cabinet by the bathroom door. I recovered pretty quickly, but none of us knew what happened. I had been noticing some symptoms of Parkinson’s the last month so this seems to fit in with the rest. I’m a retired librarian who loves to do research, so I know what I’m going to be doing! Your video was SO helpful - particularly the long list of concrete tips you gave us. Many blessings to you ❤ Ellen
