Some small carriers just bring home to do checks and repair or sit still. Why give the states your hard earned money? Maybe need a vehicle inspection week on cars and pickups on state highways. How many people stay home cause they don't want to get a fine by the police. Or get inspection after inspection on every state highway loosing their hard earned money. No other business ge abused and over regulated like the trucking industry.
