Hearing the actual neutral character/nuances of a microphone is made more difficult when lavish reverb is added to the vocals... just saying... and good performance from the musicians.

Absolutely! That's an astute observation. If you head over the to listening library on our website you can check out all of our mics on a variety of sources without a lot of reverb or effects coloring the sound.
