Great video,Francisco there is no need to clean the pipes from previous oil conditioner in system left from previous charge?did you automatically filled new system with Freon and conditioner oil as well in same time?or did you use separate Freon and AC conditioning oil in 2 septcans?Than you ,what website you get all those after market parts ?appreciate your time to answer

Hi Francisco i been with out ac for 3 days finally got it fix first time its said spn-876 compressor cluth circuit replaced the compressor c the thermometer was only goin to 60 degrees now it's blowing hot after 3 hrs in the road with the same code compressor it clutching in

Yes, you can do it. But it is always better to use A/C machine

Tengo una pregunta referente al a/c de mi Cascadia 2011 que no está funcionando con el camión prendido en mínimo pero si está enfriando cuando ruedo en camión pero el A/C solo trabaja en la velocidades 1 y 2, si colocó el compresor en la posición 3 o mayor a esa se apaga y no sopla nada ! Pero cuando sopla sopla frío !!! Que me recomiendas cambiarle amigo muchas gracias!!

Ya le cambié el blower y el switch de prender y apagar que está en el tablero, también le coloqué una lata grande y una pequeña de Freon,,, gracias hermano y bendiciones con tu pequeño canal

The system is either incorrectly charged or you have a bad pressure transducer in the ac line on the passenger side that tells the fan to come on/off. You could also have a problem with the condenser coil not removing heat properly and causing high discharge pressure, clean it first with degreaser and water hose.

Francisco my a/c does not blow cold air when idling only when I’m driving on the fwy. I recharge it with no a/c machine only gauges and Freon tank. I checked my compressor and it does spin. I have no leaks. Can you please help me or recommend me to a shop. I live in Fontana

Your compressor has bad valves and must be replaced, I had exact same problem, thought it was the txv, nope. Compressor is letting high pressure leak past the suction valve. You can find new compressor for $300 if you shop around. System doesn't operate when idling because the suction pressure is high due to the discharge of the compressor feeding back into it.

No sure about this fault, the fault is from the sam chassis which is the module that controls the truck, trailer and ABS power and distribution. No sure about the specific fault description.

We change ac compressor and dryer and switch pressure valve and we charge freon and ac still not working and we clean the code but still ac not working. Note: ac stoped working after a few days of changing the starter. Truck cascadia 2012 What do you think the problem.

Low freon, bad compressor, bad expansion valve, etc,. It hard to tell, but the most common is low freon or bad compressor.
