HUGE THANKS!! I have a 2015 Columbia and the blower motor stopped working. It was that 30A unmarked fuse... only it had a loose connection. When I wiggled it, it started working again, but the base the fuse plugs in to had to be replaced. I also had cleaned the entire panel, as it was very dusty and grimy. I would also suggest anyone else having problems with their blower to clean the entire fuse panel as well as to avoid any future maintenance issues. I bought this tractor only a couple of months ago used and still getting to know her LOL but man I tell you that saved me a trip to the shop I'm glad I found your page. 👍🏽👍🏼

Thank you for your video. I had a similar issue. Someone had removed the unmarked 30A fuse for the blower motor. On a side note, your truck is wired correctly. If you look at your wiring schematic again 12V positive is on terminal #4 and ground is on terminal #3. The electrical plug has small numbers labeling each terminal location. Even though the schematic is drawn showing the positive and ground wires on the edge of the plug, you have to reference the terminal number to find its exact location. Thanks again.

@davidwatson45302 жыл бұрын
If you look at the diagram the battery+ and ground are pin 3 and 4. If you look at the screen at 12:34 you can see the pin numbers on the diagram. In a 6 pin plug these would be the center two terminals. The diagram was right. But you should always verify powers and grounds before replacing components.

Is this correct? This is what I’m getting. I’ve replace the blower with its resistor that comes with it but no luck. Thank you

Fuses not labeled due to aftermarket items, glider kit install. PDM has more slots for add ons. SCHEINDER tech did not make note or obviously label. Yes at a dealer this job would have been every bit of 1500 to 2200. More on high end. Dealers have been using C techs due to mechanical tech shortages.

I have a 2016 Coronado glider that I’ve been driving since new as a company driver and have just recently bought the truck from the company. Now that jobs like this come out of my pocket where do you get your wiring diagrams from? I was an auto tech for a few years and have done my own electrical diagnostics on my personal vehicles so I know the process of elimination but haven’t found a source for information like diagrams and other diagnostics on my Freightliner, besides the dealer, which I really don’t think they like giving any information other than handing you a bill for repair. The Coronado has exactly the same interior as a Columbia or century, so it’s still pretty old school yet. LMK thanks.
