Wood has Prior completely licked though. Prior argues like it's a playground tiff, Wood is able to present himself (most of the time) in a much more professional manner due to the pettiness of Prior's approach, which is winning no favours for Prior from the Judge, either.

@@BoundlessEyes yes 8t got personal between the two of them when prior and lori's lawyer (before she was ckmmitted) applied for the removal of wood as a prosecutor Since then, it personal Prior is pompous and even annoying but he has the case he has, I wouldn't want the job of repressing either of these defendanfs A bad case doesn't always make a bad lawyer

I'm curious as to how Prior is going to play in front of a jury. I have served twice and I would dislike him if I were a juror. He is so patronizing and sanctimonious.

Prior asked a FBI detective at the preliminary hearing to give a definition of the meaning of the words “ Clandestine Grave“. In his testimony the agent used the term to describe the retrieval of the precious children and Prior who was irritated by it commented that the agent had used those words more than once. The agent began giving the definition as requested and Prior immediately objected …to the agent answering the question he asked ! He wanted the testimony stricken and the witness admonished because he was asserting his agenda into the record. The judge had to remind Prior that he asked for the agents definition and his objection to the question HE ASKED was overruled and the answer remained on the record. I wonder how Prior’s anger and abuse towards the witnesses will sit with any jury .

Birds of a feather flock together, and he is just as scummy as they are. Chad should held ACCOUNTABLE for his actions at all costs and if he has a fool for an attorney, good.

Agreed. He is a good man with no ill intent. True he shouldn't have posted "images" on frigging Facebook but he had no way of knowing the depth and depravity of this case. He's old school.

John Proir is so angry in my opinion this is a huge sign on how truly weak his defence case is. If Mr. Proir is going to be this hostiIe towards any and every witness it is going to be a very long trial for everyone. I don't understand why Mr. Proir is being so nasty towards The Sheriff, over his posted on his own Facebook page, Of cause he is going to post about the biggest story to hit his small town in probably a very long time and putting out what was going on in his own community because I bet a number of his community members probably trust the Sheriff more than the local news for getting factual information quickly and I bet the Sheriff didn't say one way or the other that he thought that Mr. Chad Daybell or his wife Mrs. Vallow-Daybell are Guilty or innocent because as a trained law enforcement and anybody seeing his Facebook would know not to make their mind up until all the facts are available at that time. I don't understand why Mr. Proir is trying to drag the Sheriff's good name through the mud over a Facebook post, Mr Proir was trying to say after 30 years in law enforcement as an officer that he can't be in impartial like Mr. Proir would want and expect from any Jury member that is put on to this case. I just think he made himself look extremely weak and bad in my opinion. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who sadly was killed by evil people and their poor family and friend please RIP

Prior is an excellent attorney doing his job, Wood is inept and so is the entire prosecution team, this Sherriff is a disgrace and Prior was very pertinent in putting him back in his place, guilty or not Daybell has constitutional rights. I am very worried Wood's ineptitude may result in Daybell getting away with murder.
