Watching from the UK. People here suffer a lot from Brexit. The country has been attacked by sizeable number of illegal and legal immigration due to chaos and misunderstanding of the situation, the government borrowing is 98.2 % of GDP. Plus Ukrainian refugees on the top. At least Labour win the power and hope they will succeed to fix the system. Visited southern France in 2019 and it was horrible. Never have I felt that unsafe in my life, I was born and grew up in a war torn country mind you. The blitent aggrression of arabs on the streets was shocking. People were preaching, I am wearing a beard and random dude came to me and started to shame me because my wife wasn't covered. My wife got approached multiple times by arab women who were trying to convince her to cover her hair. She got refused service in a restaurant because she was in shorts. It reminded more of Egypt or Pakistan rather than France. There was a hope for France to fix the issue, but I guess French people arent that important in France anymore.
