There's little to no reason to play this over the ARL-44. The only thing this has over it is gun depression, which a good player can work around most of the time. Unlike every other sherman, it's slow, incredibly unstable and has the worst Sherman hull with the driver ports on it while the gun does little to no damage with pen that can be offered by much better guns on much better platforms at a similar or lower BR.
