This was more enjoyable than some professional cooking shows I've seen

Oh, my! That really looks good! Gee, I really feel bad that you're unable to find good steaks in your area, while I sit here with a freezer full of fantastic beef steaks and roasts and hamburger. Move your operation to Minnesota or NW Wisconsin and I'll introduce you to my ex-sis-in-law and her husband so you too can eat fantastic beef to along with your fantastic recipes at about $6 per pound. 😊😋

What, they don't have dry ice in MN? Just kidding... I spent $50 per pound on 2 prime bone-in ribeyes and they were the toughest, least flavorful steaks I have ever eaten. Marbling looked great but they cooked up weird and you couldn't cut them with a knife. 120f perfect mid rare and junk! I do know how to cook steaks, I have a special grill that was made just to do that perfectly. Sadly, it sits and waits for a chance to shine once again...

Damn, it's a shame to be lured in with visuals, only to be disappointed with the reality.

Talking is the enemy of good cooking.

But I've been doing it since I was a kid... I went to school to learn how to do it. Has my whole life been a lie?
