in my country passangers and frieghts are always on time never late or early also nothing can beat the magnificent TGV the fastest train on the railway

No, high speed rail only makes sense on corridors between major cities. There aren't level crossings on high speed lines, these are not high speed lines, though they may seem that way compared to American trains which are like snails
