my favorite little beach is that public beach through the archway . i LOVE Antibes. after traveling north in the mountains w a friend we spent our last weekend here. it was my favorite part of our france trip. i want to go back and this is exactly where!!! Thank You! we were lucky to meet a public school teacher on our last friday who took us in her car! to park she knew where! to old town. there was no way we would know how to get there. one way streets etc. then we started on foot and on her suggestion went to the picasso museum next to that church. we could not go in the church a wedding was going on but she gave us an hour to see the museum and then she walked us thru the ally ways to a square where we ate lunch. since she was a teacher she knew the best food , least money place. i will NEVER for get that day. it was my highlight . we met up other strangers from usa ! on our walk to eat who came with us and in the end for lunch a nice large table filled with nice people. a festival was readying with little kids mounting fresh flowers on a float turns out they were children of an american living there who sat with us w his essepro ! FANTASTIC
