And though Powder has the unstable gemstones, by having them in a shrine it's clear she will never use them. A cool detail - Silco's eye seemed to be at least partially healed. He was able to move the eyelid in that reality. If medicine was more advanced, then perhaps Viktor would survive his disease. No hextech in his life, but actually able to invent things to help the undercity. It's likely Heimerdinger's presence in the undercity also helped improve things during the 3 years he was there. We can hope Heim just got yeeted somewhere else in the cosmos when he disappeared. IM JUST COPING OK?
