I used to play a lot of sports. I didn't know back then that recovery was important. My diet was poor sleep was poor but with half recovery i still used to play regularly. Later I got h pylori gastritis etc., so many digestive issues. I started getting panic attacks whenever i run or play. Tony helped me a lot in this journey. I am healing.

Thanks, this is very useful, other causes are people exercising with a muscle imbalance and doing the exercise with wrong posture. id like to know your insights in pre and post workout meals/supplements in healthy bodies? How do you eat pre and post workout?

I understand more about how the body actually has go through the cycles of breakdown and repair. I have demanded a lot of my body especially since I never really get it into the repair mode because of anxiety that won't quit sometimes. I know my sleep leaves a lot of be desired and I can't wait to be able to have a reparative sleep. 🎑 My anxiety also means that I have a lot taken from me emotionally that is never really returned. I know that too.

This is soooo super explained as always. Thanks a lot. For me all my problemes started with stress. To much sports, not enough food, mental overload and stress at work made my cortisol go up, got gastritis and my joints started to hurt. At the moment I still struggle with my Gastritis because all my doctor tells me to do is using PPI but since I follow you for a while I know thats not gonna help me. So at the moment I try to reduce my stress, heal my gastritis (any tipps for that) and AFTER healing it I will start using betain hcl to slowly push my stomach acid and make my body use all nutritions again. Does this sound like a good plan? Am I able to heal my stomach without PPI ?
