Your videos are soo helpful! Thanks for doing what you do! ❤ Question: I did the PH saliva test and it came out to 6.5. I also did the urine test and my urobilinogen seems to be low and no issue with the bilirubin. Is it possible I may still have a bile flow issue? I have a lot of the symptoms you described about poor bile flow but my test results surprised me. My leukocytes and uric acid levels were high as well. I tend to get body acne and neck/jawline acne with foods that don’t agree with me and I do have low stomach acid. Maybe I just have bacterial overgrowth? 🤔

The marketing behind sea salt is very strong. Isn't sea salt still 99+% NaCl? How many trace minerals will you actually get from a few shakes of the salt shaker? Wouldn't healthy eating far surpass the mineral content of expensive and highly marketed sea salt.

Almost 78 and on the carnivore diet for almost a year now and I found that meat and fat made a huge difference in bile flow and production. And cleared up a plethora of other problems. It was a slow process to get back my health, but progress is felt and seen every day. Fatty meat, butter, eggs, Redmond's salt and electrolytes. Using the right salt made a huge difference. 👏👍

I just got another thyroid test to see if iodine drops and selenium helped or but I suspect I have issues with bile so this video is making a lot of sense. I suppose a high cholesterol would indicate lack of or sticky bile? Because I have that for years and no Doctor, Western or Hollistic was able to resolve my issues 😢

Sounds like this is my current situation. Also happened to be done by taking tudca only two days taken ! I still get pains in the liver, gallbladder and stomach, I don't know what to eat anymore... I was told not to eat cocoa... And on top of all I might have sands in the kidneys from before. Sometimes pain is getting refered so I feel the pain in my back and even in the bottom of my foot!... now the tudca came from Dr. Berg, I recommend you do not take it at all. Also you have to be careful for advices like "take the juice of whole lemon without water"... NO!!! You must delute it with water. Some other doc said 1 table spoon of lemon juice with 250mL (one glass of water we must call it), same goes with vinegar! Delute it with water! Or else, you risk your teeth. From Dr. Berg, the microbe / bacteria Lactobacillus Rueteri is a good advice. Also the best knowledge about that microbe is from Dr. William Davis (book: "Supergut"). So far my mother says she feels less tired than before and her other issues seem to be improving. So mind that EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT!. Your body may need one thing, others may need another. The TUDCA? Well... many report better health. I report worse on my own, but doesn't mean it may or may not be better for you. Mind that I even asked my real life doctor to take the Tudca, he said yes. And there my bile flow problems started... 2-3 weeks now... If only I knew beforehand... (my tudca was 500mg per serving, so mind that). I still feel burning pain sometimes in my stomach... and I had bitter taste in my mouth which seems to be less now. After 2 days, I gotta go for blood tests again. (Don't expect me to answer if you ask me something here, I will forget to check the comments...) Thanks for reading! Mind what you putting your body! (And mind). PS: im not a doctor or anything.

Ok this is totally scary, I just counted and I'm at 2.5 breaths per minute. Is that a world record? Might explain the bad fatigue I experience. Would carbonated water be enough for this or is this too severe for that?
@KickItNaturallyКүн бұрын
If you counted that correctly, you are right, I have never seen that. I've seen some 4s and 6s, but never a a 2.5. Carbonated water is a great step, but to fix that, you might need a coach to help you, or at least access to advanced supplements that are available through a coach. You can learn about working with a coach here: kickitnaturally.com/working-with-tony and if that is not in your budget, in our private membership, you get access to the consumer version of our bio-individuality coach course. and once you graduate that course, you gain access to advanced supplements that are not available to the public, and there are some that can be very helpful with things like this. You can learn about that membership here; kickitnaturally.com/kiy-membership/ Hope that helps.

@KickItNaturally ok thanks 👍 I retested a number of times and it seems to fluctuate around 4 and 5 but I do believe it was definitely 2.5 before. Could have been after I ate a meal that it increased maybe? If it's at 4 or 5 would I still need the extra support you mentioned? $89/month in addition to supplements is still quite alot for me at the moment that's why I'm asking.

People with bad digestion who go on keto diet end up so wrecked that they wanna punch someone in the face but they can't because they are so tired that they are too busy with trying to fix the stuff that's making them tired. I am so grateful to you🙏🙏. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I had a hyper sweating issue with my upper body and head. Which no doctor gave me a solution; they couldn’t find anything with lots of test / all ok and they said “ this is how you are “. I watched this video several months before, Started using beet green suplement. simply Thining my bile flow made the magic. My extensive sweating vanished. Can I use a pill of 500 mg daily for the rest of my life . Does it give any harm in long period of usage. Or do i have to give a certain time of break after certain period of usage. I would be so happy if you could help me understand the right long term usage way. Because when i stop using it, after a week i tend to turn back to hyper sweating again. Once again thank you so much

Great job on finding some answers. How long you need to use Beet Flow can depend on your diet and other factors that might be working against you. It's about understanding how to look at your chemistry to get insights instead of just going off of symptoms. If you haven't taken our free digestion course, you want to go through that and learn about signs to watch for to understand if bile is flowing well enough yet and when you might be able to reduce the amount of beet flow you're using. @KickItNaturallyКүн бұрын
Most people never feel that warming sensation, so we talk in this video about how some people mistake a reaction from a bacterial overgrowth as a warming sensation and stop taking it even though they really need it: So it becomes about looking at other factors too like we talk about here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gHe9c6mXZsaKick

I mainly have digestive issues - my GI has me on pre and pro biotics - I have no gallbladder - I was diagnosed with 2 pancreatic cysts both outside the little branches and both about 7 mil - just had a follow-up MRI and they have now shrunk down to 2 mil - I eat very clean - I found a site that said what not to eat if you have pancreatic issues and then what to eat to keep my pancreas healthy - obviously it is working - I live in Florida and some family members winter down here - they don’t have to eat like me so I buy my own food and cook it otherwise I have to eat their stuff
