In the book Deadly Force by Massad Ayoob there is a photo of Ayoob setting a record for most handguns concealed in which he successfully concealed over 50 pistols. Granted, in that photo the jacket he is wearing looks almost comically large on his frame, but still that made me realize most people underestimate how much gun one can actually conceal on their person.

Because people want spectacle, not information. In this case, Paul Harrell provides a metric craptonne of information, but his content is not heavily politicized or full of explosions and dumb challenges. @Ponen77
@Ponen77 4 жыл бұрын
@@Natethegreat1358 Its quality content for the discerning customer, the flashy channels cater primarily to the average public who want some basic info and whizz bang every few seconds. As Homeopathic Fossil-Fuels mentioned, compare Demolition Ranch with say Forgotten Weapons, the latter is by far obviously the superior product but for the average joe(which is a much larger demographic) it is much too technical and in-depth for their liking, and hence Demo Ranch has millions more subscribers compared to Forgotten Weapons. The caveat here is that both have their place and cater to individual preferences, but personally for me the flashy channels are like Shasta Soda, too much fizz, makes me bloated and ultimately unhealthy to ones well being.

@@pr0nstarz Don't know what the brand name is but my local dollar store sells 3 liters for 1 dollar. You can do plenty of things with a 2 liter bottle but sometimes when you're trying to make a model airplane canopy you need that extra liter of plastic. Luckily, the strawberry and the pineapple aren't too shabby. Seriously, I finished the last one off about, emmmm, 4 years ago.

@ARandomCatOnAKeyboard
@ARandomCatOnAKeyboard 4 жыл бұрын
@@alb.1911I do know different countries have different laws but a lot of them are the same in countries that even allow you to own a firearm and let you use it to defend yourself. If someone breaks into your house you can't just walk up to them and ask if they are armed because you just don't know their intentions, if you do you unnessicarily risk your life. If someone had other intentions they would find another way of contacting you without breaking into your property. The only time you'll be talking to people is if you are warning them or if you call the police. On another note people don't always just shoot intruders, in most cases the person calls the police and waits untill with shooting untill the intruder pushes them into that position. And about shooting people in the back, this mostly happends when someone is running away and you think they might be a threat to you. Sometimes the object the person thought was a weapon turns out to be something else and this gets labeled as "unarmed shot".

Tears, I was in tears with the Shasta commercial. That was hilarious. One thing I've learned by watching Paul is that he's so much more intelligent than most will ever know and it's a sad affair that there are those puny humans out there who still try and find a way to demean or criticize the man. Maybe they should just stop being keyboard warriors and look somewhere else. Congrats on the 500,000 subscribers, you deserve it.

I've never commented on any of your videos or any youtube video for that matter. I'm 54 years old and grew up around guns, especially shotguns (trap shooting and bird hunting). I consider myself generally knowledgeable about firearms. That being said, I learn something from EVERY video of yours. It surprises me how many in the "gun culture" have such extreme opinions on what is better than what and "you are a fool if you have or don't have this choice of firearms or ammo etc. etc." Congrats on 500k subscribers.
