We've butchered lots of chickens, and if you're going to use the water method, you need a bigger pot and the water has to stay boiling hot. Holding the chicken by its legs, submerge the rest of it in the boiling hot water, kinda stirring it around a bit. Do that for about a minute or so at a time, that will help loosen the feathers. GUINEAS... have you ever butchered and eaten one? We have....and they don't taste like chicken. They are greasy! It was an interesting ordeal for us, catching them, butchering them, and then eating them. Really liked the video KG, keep up the great work.
