I went to Frankie's about 10 years ago when my kids were early teens. They hardly spoke for the whole meal - just concentrated on eating. The food was glorious! BTW white pudding is a waste of time!

As someone from Kentucky I've always wanted to try a classic fish and chips. My papaw is known for his fish frying skills, and his hushpuppies. I'm curious as to how it's different to what I grew up eating. The types of fish we'd have are catfish, bluegill, and crappie. I don't believe I've ever had any other kind fried.

White pudding is one of the big things that differentiates a full irish and full english breakfast. I don't think you have it much in England but over here it's a very everyday thing. For me when I was younger I used to prefer white but as I get older I prefer black, which I think is a common thing

Black pudding is one of the "optional" staples on a full English, along with hash browns (which I hate, devils food xD).. as far as I'm aware anyway. For me it's Sausage, Fried/scrambled/poached egg, toast, bacon, Baked Beans, Fried tomato/tinned tomato? Thought, stick me in Ireland, I know what I'm having for dinner, Irish Stew, hands down. Nothing beats Irish comfort food, especially cooked by my Grandma.
