I think Rebecca was right when she said Mark should just ask her to go to the store to get some milk. She needs to learn responsibility and confidence through baby steps. Asking her to get sober and change completely sounds insurmountable to her.

@@evangelcassidy3988 F OFF. If you loved Rebecca you wouldn’t disrespect her in the comments commenting “He’s”. If you knew one thing about Rebecca, you would know half of the reason she is so addicted is because SHE was never respected for who SHE is, you are only PERPETUATING the issue. Break out of your societal brain washing, gender is a construct, SEX is your genitalia that weak minded people can only see as being the same as your gender. Most trans people understand science and that they will always have XY chromosomes, that is something we can’t change. But chromosomes don’t dictate the way we EXPRESS ourselves. It’s bigots like you who want to control the way people express themselves, truly reflect within yourself and ask yourself why YOU want to control the way SHE expresses herself. Women’s clothes don’t have DNA, you can express yourself in a feminine way or call yourself a woman if you so choose. We can debate all we want about trans women in sports and the bathrooms that trans people use, but don’t you EVER disrespect someone for the way they feel or choose to express themselves. You should be ASHAMED of yourself. When’s the last time you’ve ever talked one on one with a trans person and tried using genuine compassion to understand them? Probably NEVER. People like you are VOID of empathy and I feel genuinely sad for you.

Besides the false sabt(Sunday),and the wide spread of spiritism(yoga- karma, ouija bord, reiki, hipnosis), last final decieve wil be ,that Satan himself wil come as Hrist, saying he changed the day of rest! And this decieve wil be poerwfull for al those who dont read teh Bible for themselves, as it wil be followed by great miracles and healings, everywere he wil apear! But the Bible doesn't live us without warning to this and clearly says that when Jesus coems, " All eyes will see Him," so everyone on earth, wile Satans fake only here and there! -Read Mathew chapter 24! Another direct warning to the spirit of the anthirst is in 2 Joan 7" "Anyone who says that Jesus doesn't come in flesh/body is the spirit of the anthirst!" The most concrete verses regarding the state of the dead is in Eclesiast 9:5,6,10! And the most clear verses regarding, God's trinity, are in Mathew 28:19 and 1Joan 5:7 ! And i would sugest you get a book called " The great controversy" by Ellen White, is an amazing book, wich depicts the war betwen good and evil, from Lucifers fall til the very end, and in the last few chapters, teh very end,and in the last few chapters, is everything about what we live, what is to come(the Sunday-decret,and truly everything) ,pure truth with amazing insights! I knew something terrible happened to Rebecca. The way she interviewed unshaved, in men's clothing and totally silent. Holding back tears and reached out for a hug from Mark. I think we all knew something incredibly traumatic happened. It's great to hear she spent 2 weeks in a hospital, hopefully received medication for mental illness and continues with them. That would be a huge step in the right direction. We love & support you, Rebecca.

Hi Mark. The single biggest comment from Rebecca was asking for a small task to complete. I have dealt with worthwhile humans who are hijacked by their mental health/addictions. When I ask them if they can take one hour in the morning without banging drugs into their arms their response is “ of course Kim! I can do that every day for a week”. I ask them to try for one day …they achieve it!! The road to recovery starts with Rebecca asking for the smallest of goals to achieve. She is asking. Then her supports build on that. She needs to feel like she can accomplish something/anything. She has grandiose thinking and that is ok. It keeps her going. However, the smallest of steps are significant building blocks. One day at a time! Best to both of you “.

One more thing. I think that some of Rebecca’s lucidity comes from eating and sleeping while hospitalized. Both essential elements for her life to continue.

Yes this is what she meant by going to the store to buy milk. I feel she does want to get clean and do better but she's so scared. When you've done drugs most your life it is so scary to even think about living your life without them. I know bcuz I struggled with addiction for most my life. I just thought it was the normal thing to do, like everyone did drugs at some point. Which is no way to live at all! To find recovery it takes time. We didn't get this bad overnight so we aren't going to get better in one day of not using. It takes time to build your life back or start brand new. Baby steps.

Listen to the intelligence in her words! Imagine if she was sober for a year and in therapy how much she could help the world. She said “I finally got to stay with the girls” imagine the safety she felt just in that little gesture. Nobody beating on her or raping her. She got to sleep in peace, use the bathroom in peace, eat in peace, just those small things make a huge difference. Man I wish she’d be able to get herself all the way together with the right people.

Rebecca mentioned more than once how she was finally put in rehab with girls, and it seemed to make the experience so much more positive for her and made her willing to continue to get help. That one thing…..putting her somewhere she feels she belongs (ie. with females) made her feel so much better about herself and how others view her (as a female, not a male). Maybe that’s something to keep considering when trying to get her into rehab. Place her in an all female facility.

The only reason Rebecca is this coherent is because she hasn't had time to go get seriously high and stay awake 3 or 4 days at a time because of it. But if you're reading this rebecca, I used to be you. High as a kite all the time, totally incoherent, people thought I was crazy. But no, I was just high. Accurate exactly the way I've seen you act. So you're not permanently damaged. There's Hope. Now I'm clean, hold down a job, have a house, live alone, have a car etc. It's never too late. If I could do it ANYBODY could do it. I just had to take that first step to want to be better, and when I reached out my hand, so many people, strangers even, reached back.

There is a feeling of relief whenever a new Rebecca video pops up! Rebecca's brain is not yet damaged, so she still has hope at a young 27 years of age. Her brain still uses an extensive vocabulary, while she recalls so many literary references as well as an unbelievable amount of cinema and fashion history, etc.

She's actually from a wealthy family from Egypt, I thought his mom was French (even tho she says she learned French from watching movies), and that is why she can speak fluent English and French and Arabic, and they could afford boarding school in England. That's why she knows that Cinderella is actually from an old Egyptian story. She would be brought back and forth between Egypt and the U.S., and his dad finally just left Rebecca in the U.S. (or Rebecca wanted to stay here)...sounds cruel but Egypt is much more religious & conservative than the U.S. and he knew Rebecca was a drug addict and gay...probably thought Rebecca would have the best chance of surviving with people like her and the liberal accepting culture in the U.S. People always comment that she knows so much and is so well travelled and read...that's why!

I feel like it sends mixed signals to Rebecca when you tell her to get sober but then compliment that you love “this Rebecca” after she’s confirmed she’s high. I get the feeling that Rebecca feels like she’s her best self when she has a positive high. It’s like that the weeknd song, “when I’m fucked up, that’s the real me”. I get the feeling that Rebecca feels like she can relax and be her most charismatic when she has something to take the edge off. A lot of addicts fear becoming sober because they’re afraid they’ll lose their “fun side” or “spark of creativity”. I just worry that the positive reinforcement for her high self is keeping Rebecca from recognizing the worst parts of the other coin of her high self.

Meeting people where they are can be the most powerful (although often maddening) thing you can do. This may have a tragic ending or a great one but Rebecca is just as deserving of love as anyone while she’s here. Sitting with someone in silence, just being there, is POWERFUL. I think the relationship you two have is beautiful and she NEEDS it, especially since she doesn’t want formal therapy. She has literally told you, “you are the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” Rebecca, you are a survivor, not in the way that makes you a victim, but as a warrior to live life as you want without letting others snuff out who you feel you are. Mark needs you too I think-much love to both of you for sharing your stories.

By Ellen White! May God bless you and youre loved ones!

This is my favorite Rebecca. Although she's not sober, she's a lot more coherent than usual. Even after all the drugs and malnutrition and trauma etc, she's still so intelligent. I can't imagine how successful she would have been had she not been addicted. There's still hope for her. There's a shred left and its just enough to get her out. I really hope she grabs onto it and never lets go. Please Rebecca! Please get yourself together! There's so many people rooting for you! 🧡

This is not bouncing back, this is drug induced compensating. This is self medicating to ignore things. Rebecca has yet to allow herself to feel and process in order to heal. She still believes that drugs have nothing to do with her chaos. She has been given and is still given opportunities to overcome drugs and trauma but she insists on self medicating to get high. This is a toxic cycle she continues instead of doing what she really needs to do to think clearly and actually live a healthy life.

Rebecca actually makes me miss the street because I literally have never met a person in the straight world that could jaw like the people I partied with or would have my back in the stupid day-to-day conflicts like they did out of doors.
