I first saw this when "crackle" was a thing. Such a great premise and idea. Brent Spiner as a human being that we can respect. Same as everyone else from TNG. These shorts made me smile and laugh, so hard.

This is fantastic!! The series premise is great (it is a treat to see Mr. Spiner's comic abilities at work. The subtle bits of pathos thrown into the mix only make it better), the episodes posted so far have been very enjoyable. I love the plot cloud of 'the incident' that hangs over everything. Okay, the writing and the acting and the camera work and editing are all great. It probably goes without saying. But, for me, it's all about that apartment. That is *_quintessential_* L.A. area too-many-roommates bachelor pad. The beige carpet, the paler beige walls, the unused and unusable fireplace, the unused and unusable defunct intercom on the wall, the maybe-it's-oak kitchen/bar area--so crucial for those 70's fondue parties, the lowest-common-denominator (i.e., cheapest for the landlord) vertical blinds, the spare scattering of framed prints to try to make the place at least _try_ to look like _some_ form of human habitation, even the ubiquitous-in-the-80's hexagonal breakfast table... It really takes me back.

Amen to that. I still can't believe that some episodes have less than 20k viewers when those obnoxious "Soldier comes home from Afghanistan to surprise his old High School janitor" bullshit score 1 million or more within weeks. This is a really good series dammit, I haven't had my TV on in 9 months because if I have the time to watch something I rather watch good internet content, it's a shame that the Nerds site needed to get my attention to this. Weak acting??? People forget that it is a web series and not a action film where they could put billions of dollar in the production. It's still much better than many German TV series. I think the acting is very good. For the sound: Yes, it isn't a James Bond, Mission Impossible, Airwolf, Stingray (Nick Mancuso) theme. It's correct that you can really only show your full acting skills in emotional films. It always breaks my heart if you look sad or broken. You made already almost such a face in Episode1 (1:05-1:07). But it will rather be possible in a drama like "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge" than in a comedy. I can't imagine how you shall show deep emotions in a comedy. I guess it wouldn't be funny then anymore. You did a great job in Fresh Hell. I love Fresh Hell! Please continue!!! I want to see more!!!!!
