Love the recipe and your cooking ASMR. I got two questions: 1. do we use the ripe or pre-ripe the crunchy and starchy type? 2. Where can we find the mint syrup? Or can we leave it out and grind fresh mint instead? Thanks, keep up the good work

Sorry for the late reply and thanks for watching my video 1. You can use any type of mango that you prefer. In my video, I used ripped and crunchy mango because my family loves it. 2. The mint syrup was used in the video is my homemade mint syrup which is made from fresh mint and white sugar. Recipe for homemade mint syrup: Boil 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of white sugar. Turn off the heat and add fresh mint leave. Set aside and let it cold down. After that, you can blend this mixture with the blender. you got a homemade mint syrup. Good recipe. But very time consuming. Do you know how to make cold brew with mango? Or is it just an other name for ice tea these days?

This recipe is using hot-brewed tea technic and then cold the tea with ice and add mango. So we have Mango Iced Tea. On the other hand, the cold-brewed tea takes longer time (at least 3 hours) to prepare but it gives you a special taste that is smooth, sweet, not too bitter and different from the hot-brewed tea. While cold-brewed tea still contains caffeine, it is much less than hot-brewed tea.

The way to make a cold-brewed tea: Drop about 3g of tea into your bottle, add around 500ml water, let it steep for 3 to 6 hours in normal room temperature. And that’s it. After brewed, you can put it in the fridge or add ice if you want. If you like mango favor, you can prepare a jar of mango and sugar (follow my video) 1 day before. And then add it into your cold-brewed tea and enjoy. It is super easy but takes more time than my Mango Iced Tea as my video. I hope my answer is useful to you.
