I made this but without the heat, because I’m only 10, I tried it and I thought it would taste sour, but it didn’t! Mainly bc I added a lot of sugar, but 🤷‍♀️ My brother likes it, I’m waiting for my parents to come home and then they can try it. I will update soon. Btw here’s what I did, it’s not completely the recipe in the video, but I tweaked it so I could make it. 1. Get some strawberries and wash them and cut the stems off then cut into halves. 2. Mash them so all the juice comes out and then put the scraps for later (to eat or throw but I would eat) 3. Add some sugar, doesn’t matter how much, until your liking. 4. Strain. (Optional) 5. Pour into a glass and add milk. 6. Dice a strawberry and add into milk. Edit: they liked it!

4-5 years ago I tried making this when I was a High School Junior/Senior. I tasted horribly like burnt milk, i dont know it was so bad. I was discouraged and didnt try again. I tried again as a College Junior and I love it!!!! It tatse like Strawberry jam, and with the milk like strawberry milk. Its so good!! One of my roommates is lactose intolerant so we did make this with Lactaid milk

Taking the leaves off makes it easier to see where to cut. To be able to get as close as you can, that way you can get the most out of each strawberry. Plus I'm guessing it goes with the video because it's partially asmr and the tearing noise adds to that.

To everyone watching, THIS TASTES SO GOOD! I tried it the first time the other day, and my gosh, it was heavenly. I'm usually a chocolate milk gal, but this video was so cute I had to try. I'm never turning back to store bought strawberry syrup again! So fresh and good, and you can store the syrup in the fridge for a few days just fine! Second time I tried it I strained the syrup to get the strawberry chunks out, and used the chunks for strawberry jam. Really awesome recipe.

a simple way that my family has been doing: 1. prepare strawberries (remove the top) 2. put strawberries, enough honey (or agave syrup) and milk (little = strong concentration; a lot = weak concentration) into mixer/blender 3. blend i haven't tried Hanse's way so i don't know how they compare, but it still tastes amazing and is simple enough for those who are lazy like I am. I do want to try Hanse's way for sure though!

Amy M It was really good! I made both the Peach and Strawberry milk and everyone loved it! They said it tasted like a melted milkshake or melted ice cream. (I made it for my Korean church). The longer the Peach milk sits in the fridge, the sweeter it gets. It reminded me of vanilla flavored milk.

Amy M I used the White Peaches. It's an Asian peach that I had to order from a Chinese market...you can probably find them at some Korean markets, too. Just ask the owners. I'm not sure if they're out of season, but I ordered a whole case and it was around 48 dollars. Of course, I got well over 30 peaches, so... You might just find a couple in the store, already and thanks! It's really therapeutic to make.

i just wanted to say that i’ve made the strawberry milk at least 3 times and the banana milk around 5-6 times. they both taste amazing and they’re easy to make. i even made blackberry milk , replacing the strawberries with blackberries(it looked and tasted great). i’m going to be making the homemade vanilla milk soon and i can’t wait for that. i just want to say that if i, a clumsy teenager can do this, honestly anyone else can make it. it’s worth a try !!!💛

Tentacles Sama Nah, there is a lot of sugar in it but I really didn’t taste it. Its more about me knowing it’s in there than tasting or feeling it. If someone gave it to me without telling me about the sugar I wouldn’t have known. I’m not a fan of sweets at all and I really enjoyed it, you should try it.

guys I just made it and it honestly feel like I put happiness and cuteness in a bottle. is AMAZING! since I really like strawberry's sourness, I only used 40g of sugar, and it turned out awesome. but if you like it sweet, go for it on the 60g. I didn't have fresh strawberries at home so I used frozen ones, it's still delicious, there was no problem at all (I unfroze them leaving it 60s in the microwave), with fresh ones it should be even better! It's awesome, I can't wait to do the banana one 💕 update: just did it with 60g of sugar and boiled it longer. tastes even better.

Thats only 4 tbsp and a half. You need the sugar, cause as the salt raises the taste of the salty foods, sugar raises the sweet. 4 tbsp are not too much for this whole recipe

The milk tasted delicious! The only thing I can complain about though is that the hunks of strawberry give it a weird texture and make it kind of sour tasting. Next time, I think I'll make more syrup and not mix any chunks in.

I just mixed this recipe with the banana milk one, and when I took a sip just asked myself "Am I in heaven?'". It's awesome! If anyone is wandering how i did, instead os just mixing both of them together, I made the syrup how it's on the video but 40g of sugar (half brown and white), then made the banana syrup with half of a big banana + 10g sugar; the other half I sliced and mixed with 250ml of milk. Hope it's useful for someone 😊

I tried this recipe already and it was so so gooodddd. The measurements are spot on and so easy to make! I tried this with both fresh and frozen whole strawberries and both came out the same (fyi, frozen strawberry is easier to mush and has more juice. If you don’t want your mixture to be super mushy then use fresh strawberry). A must-try for the summer!
