Love this show. Only criticism is a party in the mid 90’s wouldn’t be “epic”. A party in the mid 90’s would be “dope” or “bangin’’ or “fly” “gettin’ jiggy” or “the bomb” but most likely, cause these guys are dorks, “all that and a bag of chips”.

Yeah appropriation at its finest... Still incorrect use of dope, the bomb, etc. in 2019 reflecting back to the mid 90s.
@SYDAirlineEnthusiast5 жыл бұрын
Yeah, this show doesnt portray the 90’s correctly. Like 1995 in this show matches 2015. 1999 in this show matches 2019. Only thing they are doing is not using cell phones and putting really old cars out there. Despite i havent seen anyone use a cell phone until 2004-2005, i knew enough people had cell phones during 1995-1999. Also even today, a third of the cars i see are from the 90s. So this show feels more like the present than the past.

The whole purpose of money gift is to encourage children to have investment skill. Spending money into goods means they grow up to select which stocks they prefer best, but well in their time, it was commodity. Chinese people used to be expert at business and investment, but until war with japan, changed investment into saving so they can fund war, then chinese' economy was downhill, and china's reeducation policy make children cant even running business without parents' help. That's why, i prefer to give my children money gift but hide when someone else come in.
