First of all No accociate can ask any other accociate to resign !! The company is not the associate's father company, the policy say all the employees are equal and ars the intregal part of TCSer. And if anyone asked to resign, ask the associate to send a mail officially. Raise the issue with grievance cell of TCS.

Hi Sandeep, You should watch our video "10 things that you should know before joining TCS" Yes you can join the project that you're getting, but if you think you're skilled in any particular skill set then you can discuss with the project manager and look for project related to your skills

Recently I faced the heat of RMG.They put me into a project where I did not have any consent and they still pressured me to join there.Even HR was involved in all these bureaucracies and atrocities.I felt like I was being mentally harassed and traumatized.TCS as a company be like baat Bahat badi badi Hoti Hai lekin andar Bahat Kala Hai.Guys please think twice before you go into RMG pool.

This should be reminder to those who this TCS is like sarkari naukari and they don' t layoff. Asking employees to resign is new form of layoff. As during layoff big company have to pay some 1 or more month of salary along with other facilities, better to ask resign.
