Can you make a video on how to resign and track the status of resignation in TCS ? Also explain in details what happens after you resign and separation process get initiated and then what happens.

See the first thing is to send an email to your Manager/HR 1) Send Resignation Email highlighting that your notice starts on the same day you send the email. This is important 2) The Manager then loops in HR is you have not added in cc and informs about the receipt of your resignation. 3) The Hr or Manager will call you to ask about retention/why do you want to resign/offer to work in the project of your choice/maybe onsite proposal etc 4) HR will take details such as are you joining a competitor company, %hike that you got etc 5) you will receive resignation acknowledgment email and then finaly Resignation acceptance email on your personal email with all the details such as lwd etc. 6) You will have to submit your assets and id card on or before your lwd 7) You can create profile in Alumni portal for documents and other things

It's just a video brother, still glad that you brought it up, wanted to share with all the community members, because I was in comfort zone and had to go through a lot before switching. See even if you do not get a development project initially, I would suggest work really well in you current project for sometime and then go to the manager or supervisor and ask for a development project.
