I've been told by people how Hoshina is one of the fan favorites and after last + this ep I can see why. His interactions with the main cast is freaking great. Also Mina teasing him with the picture had me laughing.

Kafka definitely would’ve died if it weren’t for his regenerative ability. What a way to find out though. If he didn’t think he was lucky, blessed, or a chosen one before, it might be fitting if he started to.

7:09 It always depends on those in power. In JJK, the higher-ups wanted to execute Yuuji immediately and even went so far as to set him up in hopes that he’d be killed. I’m sure there are more examples, but mainly, it depends on the writer’s intentions. Do they want to keep things reasonable, or do they just want to write something cruel?

4:17 The mouth in his pectoral isn’t always there, Kafka or his inner Kaiju specifically regrew his pectoral with the mouth to catch the blade when Hoshina tried to strike there again. Think of it more like the thrusters that grow out of his elbows or the braces that grow from his calves, it’s the Kaiju body creating something to help him out in a fight for both offense and defense.

The Reason Kafka doesn't or CAN'T draw but a tiny bit from his suit, is because HE ISN'T HUMAN! Or rather only a TINY bit of him is still human - less than 1%.

7:29 Mind your business and just drive around. The guy was definitely asking for it because he actually gets out of his car to confront a complete and total stranger. What did he expect to happen? Humanity can’t be so peaceful in this world that he didn’t think something bad would happen - not with the attitude he started this interaction with.
