Auswalen is the Quincy King Selection process where he robs the Quincies he deems impure of their powers, which was the reason Ichigo's mother lost her powers and Uryu's mother died

​@@FreshestAnimethere are 2 kinds of Quincy's. Echt = pure and the other ones are the mixed race(forgot the term). Because uryu's mom wasn't an echt to begin with and Ichigo's mom was tainted by hollow, both of them become a victim of Yhwach purge of the impure Quincy's.

@@skreyao4898 Also, since Uryu's mom was mixed, so to was Uryu, meaning when the Auswalen targeted all impure Quincies, Uryu would have been targeted but he survived, and is the only person to do so

I went to check the manga just in case, and the scene is exactly the same. He is far away from her and with his trousers on when she splits him in half, so it's unlikely that anything happened. Especially considering the conversation that comes afterwards in the manga. It seems that Candice (the green haired girl) is the one that likes to have her subordinates "clapping her". ( In the anime, 1 of the girls was even calling Candice a slut in contrast to the Bambi scene where they only talked about her killing the guys)

I know I’m late to the party but it’s a popular theory that side Quincy #4 did, in fact, get to hit it. As Bambi’s cloak is off to the side and she’s zipping up her shirt after bisecting him. Why would she sit down, take off her coat, kill him, and then get back up and put it back on? Nah something definitely happened in the interim, makes no sense otherwise.

@6:30 yea thats when the non pure Quincy's were killed. And the show changes what was said from the manga. In the manga Yhwach basically says that Uryu survived the killing of the Mixed bloods so he must be more powerful than the rest of the pure blood Quincy

Holy shit, the invasion scene was beautiful and the OST is fire after fire. I can't wait for the fights involving the Royal Guard, in the manga they weren't during this meeting, now they're included. Those 5 Quincy are all Yamammoto-Tier, bunch of monsters. btw Bambi voice actor is Ayana Taketatsu (She's always in romcoms and slife of slice series)

Both sides are headcanon. We will never know for sure till Kubo will answer that but he won't because he likes for us to speculate. There are arguments for both sides. Bambi for example pulls up her pantys in the manga. Right after in the anime Candice gets mad because she kills all the hot guys and is being called out as a slut which also suggests she's fckn around. You can interpret it however you want that's what Kubo is going for 😂
