Fresno PD owned. pulled me over again. I begged for a ticket this time and could not get one

This is documentation video of the 7th time I have been pulled over by Fresno PD for having yellow headlamps on my Porsche Cayenne. In the end he will not give me a ticket even though I beg him for one. I inform him he is otherwise violating my 4th amendment right to "travel free" and he claims it was justified because there was a violation. all in all he did not know what to do other than to instruct me to leave. I wont say no to that either.
