Your attitude is inspiring man. Trials are part of the process. The end result is beautiful. You should be super proud and a little less hard on yourself. Your skill is evident to all of us who follow and it'll only get more and more honed in as time goes on. Great work 👏 👍 👌

The guitar sounds pretty awesome! It looks great too... All our instruments and other things we build have their hidden secrets, but that's what gives them character.

It looks and sounds beautiful Chris. Don't be so hard on yourself, it's only your second attempt. Numbers 3, 4, 5 etc will be better and better!

Thanks so much for sharing this. Recording on top of the actual building is something that would stress most of us out I imagine. Anyway the guitar sounds excellent. Cheers from Michigan my man! And also you’re doing great, don’t be so hard on yourself. Most people only dream of doing this kind of thing, and you’re putting your money where your mouth is, so keep your head high and never stop building! Thanks again for sharing, you do amazing work.

Man I appreciate the comment! Recording is definitely another layer of stress. It makes a project take a lot longer too. Thanks for the encouragement!

That's a very nice guitar, all told. I'm hoping to get my own built fairly soon, but we'll see how it goes. And fun models showing off the guitar! Your girls are a little younger than mine. So again, very nice, and I love what you did with this guitar.

Sorry I’m so late! Congrats on finishing it. It sounds nice and bright! I’d love to hear it in person. Despite all the flaws you see in it, it’s amazing. Good job building it.

Good job! I'm also building my first guitar and I know how many hours and how much effort it takes! Don't sell it! But maybe next time yes =)

If you sell that guitar what's the price?
@CMRWoodworks Жыл бұрын
I was going to just sell it for cost, but I have decided to hold on to it for now. Probably won‘t sell this one. I feel I need to improve my skills a little more in order to feel good about selling.

Dude the sustain is incredibly sounding so good. It is not muted at all, and it really sounds full like a dreadnought. Keep building guitars and we'll be happy to watch you do amazing things in the future!

Thanks a lot! I sure will continue building. In fact, I‘m almost midway on number 3 and making molds and such as I am planning number 4!
