Your videos are very helpful. I could never understand why you looked so washed out in the videos sometimes, but now I see that the lighting is deigned to let us see what's going on inside your mouth while you sing. I haven't seen any other on-line teacher who's so careful to make sure we can see the details of their tongue and palate throughout the video. Great work!

I can relax my tongue when I sit comfortly, but I have often too much tension in my tongue while singing (or speaking as well) and this affects the singing very badly, of course. Do you have some exercises/ videos that would help me training to relax the tongue? I found other tips of you very helpful (like in that gung, gung gung, bootcamp video). Thanks a lot for your work here on youtube.

Hi, Freya. Thanks for all your singing tips. I have some questions about our larynx when sining. I have read a lot and understand that the best position of the larynx is natural (not up or two low). Another thing that have read is that it's dangerous to push the larynx down with our tongue. The pronounciation of some vowels up or down your larynx (for example neh-neh - UP and mam-mam- DOWN). And the more often example that I have read is "when you swallow you feel your larynx up and then down" or "when you are yawning, you low your larynx" ... Can you give your opinion about the position (I am a girl and it's hard to find my larynx while yawn or swallow; I have the feeling all my throat is moving; I just want to find it and looking and singing in the mirrow to see is it in the correct natural position ? Can you give more exercises for finding that natural position and keeping it when singing ? Thank you.

***** Thanks, Freya. I will be waiting for your exercises for relax larynx in the near feature. Yes, I am watching different videos here, and buying courses about sls (in the past I took privite lessons with a teacher for few years and so much money, but I stopped when I realize that even my breathing is wrong and my teacher hadnt explained nothing about the technique of singing, I was so confused, sad, mad ... It was a year ago.. I am 24 years old and feel warry about the time I have ... Now, I am learning playing piano and watching, buying courses, reading for singing... Hope it will helps me... Your voice is so soft and beautiful. I like you :)) Best regards! See you soon!

That is not how that works. Your tongue being higher in the back does not close off the throat or cause a "nasally" sound. Your adding a nasal sound as you do it. Lifting the larnyx does.
